Partnering with Valtira’s Dev Team to Introduce an AI Chatbot with Visual Case Study and Service Exploration
Project Background: In an effort to enhance how our customers interact with us, I led the charge at Valtira to develop a new kind of AI chatbot. This chatbot was designed to do more than just answer questions - it gave users a visual way to explore Valtira’s case studies and services directly in the chat window.
The Challenge: We wanted to move past the standard chat experience. The aim was to make finding information about our services and past projects not just easy, but also engaging for our customers. The challenge was integrating this new feature smoothly into the chatbot, making sure it felt intuitive for users.
The Approach: Working hand-in-hand with our developers, I guided the creation of the chatbot's key feature: visual cards. These cards presented snapshots of our case studies and detailed our services in a clear, visually appealing manner. By introducing these cards into the chatbot, we offered customers a richer, more interactive way to learn about what we do.
Results: The new AI chatbot has transformed how customers engage with us. It’s more than just a tool for answering queries - it’s an interactive showcase of our expertise.
